Logistics Post is an ideal service for sending large consignments including multi-parcels, just-in-time parcels, bulk-break consignments and goods of any weight. While Parcel Post offers weight upto 35 kg, in respect of Logistics Post, there is no weight limit. FTL Service and LTL Service:

Under this service, customers can send their consignments either in full truck load (FTL) or Part-load (LTL) , one parcel or multi-parcels, based on their requirements. It is flexible and convenient. Logistics Post uses a special network for carrying and delivering packages and consignments across the nation. It moves the shipments by road, rail and air and ensures safe and timely delivery.

Distance and weight-based tariff:

The tariff is based on weight, volume and distance. The weight slab is 50 kg. for each consignment, a docket fee of Rs 100 is payable in addition to other charges based on weight, volume and distance. For corporate customers, we offer tailor-made services, with special rates.

Multi-modal transport:

Based on the specific requirements of the customers, the consignments are sent by road, rail or air. India post has the exclusive privilege to have railway mail service in large number of trains, which can carry Logistics Post consignments conveniently. Further, we have a fleet of vehicles to transport the consignment by road.

Multi-person delivery:

The consignment may be delivered in one lot to one consignee or to multiple persons, as per the directions of the customer. With Logistics Post, your distribution task is made easy and efficient.
